Payment and Financial Information: Payment amount, method, transaction date, collection status, refund/cancellation records, and Virtual POS/Bank transaction references.
Note: Credit/debit card details are generally not stored on our systems but processed by authorized payment gateways/banks. 3.4. Technical and Digital Information: IP address, device/browser info, site access logs, form submission records, and cookie data. 3.5. Communication and Support Records: WhatsApp message logs, e-mail correspondence, and phone requests for support or cancellations.
Data is collected via website reservation/contact forms, WhatsApp messages, e-mail, phone calls, payment transaction records, and technical tools (cookies/logs) during website visits.
Information is processed for creating and confirming reservations, planning vehicles/drivers, executing airport meet-and-greets, managing payments/refunds, verifying customer requests, managing complaints, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Stefi VIP Transfer aims to use secure and authorized payment infrastructures (Virtual POS, Wire Transfer/EFT, Cash).
Card payments are processed through the systems of the relevant bank or payment institution.
Stefi VIP Transfer does not store full card information on its own servers.
Receipts and transfer info for Wire/EFT transactions are stored for verification purposes.

Stefi VIP Transfer aims to act in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in Türkiye. In case of discrepancies between this text and the official KVKK Clarification Text, the latter shall prevail.
Stefi VIP Transfer is not liable for security breaches caused by:
