All reservations and payments made through Stefi Vip Transfer (stefiviptransfer.com) are subject to the following rules:
1. Reservation Cancellation and Refund
Full Refund: For cancellation notices made at least 24 hours before the transfer time, the entire amount paid will be refunded without any deduction.
Partial Refund/Deduction: For cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the transfer time, 50% of the amount will be refunded due to bank commissions and operational expenses.
Non-Refundable Cases: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer time or if the customer is not present at the transfer point despite the vehicle arriving at the designated location.
2. Refund Process
Once the cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated by our business within 3 business days.
The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's internal processes (usually 1-7 business days for credit cards).
3. Service Failures and Force Majeure
In the event that the service cannot be provided due to a technical failure or operational problem originating from our business, the full amount will be refunded to the customer or an alternative vehicle will be provided.
Our business cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, road closures, or severe weather conditions; however, necessary flexibility will be provided to resolve customer grievances.
